Justin Elways, M.A.

Justin is a dedicated education professional with a passion for student success. Born in Minnesota and raised in Washington in a military family, Justin pursued an undergraduate degree at Washington State University before embarking on a career in education. After working with at-risk youth for two years, they decided to further their expertise by earning a Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) in 2016.

With experience in academic advising and student support, Justin previously served as an Academic Advisor and Coordinator for COSI at Pikes Peak State College. Now at UCCS, they focus on processing applications, document management, and assisting with various reports, ensuring smooth operations in higher education administration. Passionate about student advocacy and institutional efficiency, Justin is committed to fostering accessible and supportive educational experiences.
