SEP Year Two

In the second year of the Strategic Enrollment Plan, we will continue to advance the successful initiatives begun in Year One, building on existing momentum while expanding our efforts to support student success, enrollment growth, and institutional goals. In Year Two, we will also continue to support transfer student success, improve access to courses, strengthen the residential experience, and advance initiatives that help more students enroll, persist, and graduate.

Key outcomes include:

• Complete baseline measures and strengthen reporting against Strategic Enrollment Plan outcomes.
• Advance the Enrollment Center concept and continue improving high-impact student transition points.
• Expand communications that support yield, early persistence, and timely intervention.
• Continue Slate integrations and strengthen faculty-facing early alerts and progress indicators.
• Use scheduling analytics to better align course capacity with student demand.
• Sustain cross-campus participation and ensure task forces have the expertise needed for implementation.
